Arsenal are apparantly holding talks with Rosicky. Which would further boost our midfield, which has looked a bit weak at times this season. He is the right age for the sort of players Arsenal are missing in their squad, at 25. I know it would please many fans to add some experience to the squad after bringing in such young players so far.
I can't say I know too much about him, but he is described as an attacking midfielder and a playmaker, which I guess would put him in competition with Fabregas for a first team place, when we play a 4-4-2, and competing with Fabregas and Hleb when we play a 4-5-1/4-3-3.
I don't usually pay much attention to transfer speculation, but after last weeks two unexpected signings, I'm more inclined to believe this one.

Wenger has also given a big hint that the Theo Walcott deal is pretty much complete, after the Middlesbrough game he was asked if he was planning to sign a defender due to Cygan's injury, to which he replied he had already signed three players, before correcting himself to 'two and a half'.

(thats not the best story, as it uses some recycled quotes from a previous interview, but it was the easiest to find, some have the actual quote).
It probably would be a good idea to bring in another defender with us looking so short at the back right now. We could do with someone who can play all across the backline as cover, wouldn't take a long time to settle in, and has good experience of the premiership. Someone like Justin Hoyte.
